Greenland Feta Istanbolly Cheese (500g) is a type of Turkish white cheese known as Beyaz peynir, which is a brined cheese traditionally made from unpasteurized sheep, cow, or goat milk. It has a slightly grainy texture and is similar to feta, sirene, and other Balkan white cheeses. The cheese is made by adding vegetable rennet to sheep's milk, pressing, chopping, and straining the curds before salting and brining them for about six months. It ranges from mild to strong in flavor depending on maturity and is commonly eaten plain, in salads, or incorporated into cooked dishes like menemen, börek, gözleme, and pide.
