Brewing instructions
For the best results, Doğuş Filiz Tea is traditionally brewed using a Turkish double teapot (çaydanlık).
Preparation: Put the loose tea leaves in the upper, smaller pot of the çaydanlık.
Boil water: Fill the larger, lower pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Steep: Pour some of the boiling water into the upper pot with the tea leaves, then place the top pot back on the bottom one. Reduce the heat and let the tea steep for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve: Pour the brewed tea concentrate into a small, traditional tulip-shaped glass and dilute it with hot water from the bottom pot to your desired strength.
